Kindly call during office hours to request prescription refills. Often there are refills remaining on certain medications and these may be ordered by calling the pharmacy directly. Prior authorizations may take 72 hours and there is a charge for this service. When calling in for a prescription refill, please provide the name and location of the pharmacy. When calling in for a prescription refill for chronic conditions, please only call on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays.
